Driver Compliance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driver Compliance Specialist to join our team. The Driver Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring DOT compliance with Company policies and applicable Federal and State Regulations.

Responsibilities

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• Administer the driver qualification process for all drivers in coordination with the company's DOT/FMCSA compliance program with the goal of maintaining compliance, improving safety, and avoiding DOT violations associated with driver qualification regulations.
• Function as point-of-contact for Driver Qualification File (DQF) documents. Review new driver "onboarding" DQF documents to ensure all information is properly completed.
• Familiarize with the DOT Compliance Solutions software to maintain QC files and expirations.
• Notify driver and/or clients of upcoming driver qualification document expirations, including medical cards and licenses. Obtain renewed documents, upload documents to compliance software system.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in compliance management.
