Warehouse Floor Supervisor

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Warehouse Floor Supervisor to oversee all warehouse functions and ensuring the safety and cost-effectiveness of order fulfillment. This team member will focus on identifying efficiencies, monitoring quality control, and exceeding the needs of our customers while complying with all applicable regulations and requirements.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in a warehouse setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role-
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations-
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills-
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management-
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software-

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the warehouse team
• Promote good employee relations and monitor employee morale
• Drive employee coaching, development, and training
• Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, and resolve issues
• Communicate, explain, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Practices
• Resolve and escalate personnel issues
• Urgently communicate and escalate any issues or deficiencies that could adversely impact inventory, shipping, customers, or other segments of the business
• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics including but not limited to volume, inventory, damages, expired parts, downtime, and changeover time for specified time frames such as months, quarters, and fiscal years using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and related computational tools
• Coordinate the efficient execution of order fulfillment to ensure prompt delivery
• Monitor and order supplies needed to fulfill customer orders
• Monitor and support Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and the Shipping Receiving team
• Review and maintain timecards within the payroll system (ProLiant) and maintain attendance records
• Support, develop, and implement projects to improve production efficiency
• Create, document, and continually improve/refine existing processes, SOPs, and best practices
• Must have schedule flexibility
• Other duties as assigned
