About the Position's Contributions :
You understand and will confidently address the challenges associated with delivering scalable, dynamic, reliable, and highly performant tools to drive revenue through the online ad ecosystem. You are equally comfortable getting hands-on with code reviews and development tools, and extrapolating system configurations from product requirements. You will :
- Partner closely with business owners, product, and engineering leadership to set technical direction for the D / Cipher ecosystem.
- Mentor and manage developers, technical leads, and managers on your team to grow their skills and prepare them for increased responsibilities.
- Help drive our onboarding and internal training processes to support increased hiring and team growth.
- Stay current with and advocate for engineering best practices, performance, and scalability.
- Vet third-party technologies and integrations for security, functionality, and overall fit.
- Help lead conversations about the design, architecture, and implementation of D / Cipher and related systems.

Pay Range
Salary : $235,000 - $285,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
