Job Description:
Seeking a valuable contributor for all daily, weekly and monthly functions relating to the Commission Support Team (CST) to help ensure timely and accurate payments to wellness advocates. The ideal candidate will play a vital role within CST on a day to day basis to assist with Global Commission department processes, requests and functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Audit, research, troubleshoot and follow ComX SOP in administering manual payment, adjustment and exception requests for dōTERRA distributors
- Participate in entering & reconciling direct deposit information on distributor accounts
- Commission check printing, folding, and global payment dissemination
- Contribute in replying to emails sent to the commissions email addresses from internal dōTERRA employees regarding commission, payment/direct deposit, and compensation plan questions and/or requests
- Offer support to internal business partners through phone calls, instant messaging, email, meetings, etc. with Global Commission, compensation plan, payment and other CST inquiries
- Assist in researching and protecting dōTERRA from fraudulent activity, including manipulation of the compensation plan through bonus buying before and/or after weekly/monthly Commissions run processing and exception/adjustment requests
- Ensure that commission procedures are followed by distributor support (call center), account management, placements, etc.
- Perform other commission-related functions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Industry experience/education a plus but not required
- 1 - 2 years in a related position or internal doTERRA experience preferred
- Verbal and written proficiency in Portuguese, Russian, Japanese or Mandarin highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.), DataTrax and CRM required
- Knowledge and understanding of the dōTERRA Compensation Plan required
- Excellent telephone, verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects/deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a demonstrable ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, wellness advocates, and company contacts
- Ability to stand for several hours once per week to complete check printing/mail prep
- Motivated and extremely punctual self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
