Job Description:
Maintain a constant presence and professional atmosphere at the Main Corporate Reception desk to better serve our Employees, Wellness Advocates, Vendors and Visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet employees, consultants and other visitors, directing them to respective meetings, areas, or people
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Offer knowledgeable information about the company to visitors Schedule Diamond Suite conference rooms, and attend to Wellness Advocates in the Diamond Suite
- Schedules Multi-Purpose Rooms & Auditorium for employees, Wellness Advocates and community events
- Answers scheduling emails for events requested at doTERRA
- Manage visitor WIFI for guests and groups
- Assign temporary access badges and contractor badges
- Distribute pay checks Assist executive receptionist and assistants as directed
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Assist security in keeping a safe environment
- Assist with corporate activity passes
- Assist corporate departments with various tasks, when time permits
- Performs all other responsibilities as directed
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Positive, happy attitude towards people and the public
- Able to get along with others in a team environment Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Displays integrity with all aspects of job performance, including upholding all company policies Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in writing, listening and responding with feedback
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Passionate about doTERRA and knowledgeable about the culture we strive to trained in customer service
