Job Description:
The HR Generalist will work closely with doTERRA Fulfillment Center management to ensure the success of the assigned client groups by providing consultation on HR-related issues, assessing and anticipating needs, and actively managing employee performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Consults with Management and provide HR guidance when appropriate
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Partners with the HR and Legal department as needed/required
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Partner with management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
Other HR-related duties as assigned by HR Business Partner and/or HR Management
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3 years of HR experience preferred
Experience working with an Workday preferred
Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Discretion and judgment are required.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Highly autonomous and self-motivated, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining a collaborative approach with HR and leadership of client group(s) in which generalist is supporting
Strong analytical skills; uses and interprets data to validate plans and approaches
Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive/Docs
