SUMMARY: The Sr. Child Integrated Behavioral Health Social Worker is responsible for the delivery of integrated behavioral health services to children and adolescents seen at DotHouse Health to meet patient and community-focused goals of the organization. Working in close concert with the Child BH Team Lead and primary care providers, the Senior Child Integrated Behavioral Health
Social Worker will provide high quality clinical services to patients aged 21 and under who are primary care patients at DothouseHealth.
Requirements
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Full-time clinical position for an experienced Senior Child Integrated Behavioral Health Social Worker (LICSW) interested in an innovative approach to behavioral health care and serving as a clinical supervisor.
The BHC provides clinical assessment, intervention and treatment, consultation with primary care providers, and care coordination between primary care providers, family partners and other DHH departments, as well as schools and psychiatric hospitals and outside agencies.
Direct Clinical Care
Provide behavioral health services integrated with primary care, including assessment of children's behavioral health and psychosocial needs in primary care and ongoing assessment and intervention as clinically indicated.
· Provide goal-focused interventions and care recommendations within the primary care medical home.
· Provides diagnostic assessments and evaluations for children, adolescents and young adults using the diagnostic criteria in the DSM 5 and in accordance with clinical guidelines/standards of accepted professional practice.
· Develops a treatment plan for each client in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary clinical team.
· Provides clinical assessment and treatment for each client with sensitivity to cultural diversity, socio-economic conditions and changing community needs.
· Undertakes care coordination, facilitating access to emergency services, educational advocacy and consultation with other agencies in collaboration with the Integrated and Primary Care Teams.
· Participate in Clinical Team meetings to discuss patients with child BH team and primary care providers.
Clinical Supervision: (Approximately 5 hours per week)

· Provides clinical supervision and mentorship for Child BH clinicians and Family Partners, including review of notes and cosigning notes as needed.
· Leads weekly case review meeting with Child BH Team Lead.
· Support Child BH Team Lead with recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.
· Works with DHH operations team to support onsite consultation and staffing.
· Support and develop workflows for clinicians in collaboration with Child Team lead and primary providers.
Education: Master’s in Social Worker;
Advanced degree/ training in Public health (MPH) or Masters in Public Administration (MPA) encouraged.
Experience:
· 3 -5 years minimum clinical experience
· Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Required active MA license in Social work (LICSW)
Software/Hardware: Experience in Epic EMR and excel preferred.
