The Tech 2 reports to the Assistant Manager and handles the work orders for the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age;
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of repairing buildings/structures;
- Knowledge of construction methods/tools;
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to read blueprints;
- Nice, friendly and willing to work attitude;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License with clean and current DMV printout;
- Have and maintain OSHA certification as required;
- Ability to stand long periods of time, walk the property, climb stairs and ladder;
- Ability to bend and lift up to 100lbs. and push up to 150lbs., as needed.
