What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech (Maintenance) position at Dottys?

Complete work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Interact professionally with guests.
Respond to emergencies as requested
Coordinate work with other maintenance personal.
May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
Prepare records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
Comply with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to obtain any required State, County and/or Local licenses/registration, if applicable.
OSHA Certification required or Ability to obtain.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals.
Physical abilities: Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting, bending/stooping, observing, stretching, pushing, turning
