Double A / Stronghold Security has an opportunity for a proficient and organized Entry Level Administrative Assistant who is looking to become a part of our team as it continues to grow.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
AA’s responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements, etc.
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
· Be easily accessible for after-hour travel, scheduling, and other needs.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year office experience.
· High School diploma required
