RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR
Prepares cost estimates for Residential and Commercial Electrical, Generator installs, gate installation and automation by analyzing proposals and job requirements.

Job Duties:
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Accurately computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Follow-up on bids
- Job costing
- Travel throughout the Peninsula to job sites/customer homes in a company vehicle regularly.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as an Electrical Estimator or 5 years as a licensed Electrician required.
- Residential Electrical Experience
- Ability to Analyze Information
- Ability to accurately project job costs
- Strategic Planning
- Reporting Research Results
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication/People Skills
- Confidently present bids
- Valid Washington State Drivers License with a good driving record
