EXPERIENCED FINISH GRADE / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Job Summary

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A GRADE OPERATOR

Are you a seasoned heavy equipment operator looking for a new challenge? Do you take pride in your craft and enjoy creating infrastructure for private and commercial projects? We're seeking an experienced Grade Operator to join our team and contribute to the construction of roads, parking lots, and driveways here in the Flathead Valley and beyond. Starting wage will DOE.

Duties
* Operate graders, tractors, excavators, and other heavy equipment to execute construction plans and specifications

* Set grades and ensure accurate implementation of plans and specifications

* Utilize CDL skills to transport equipment and materials

* Understand and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints

* Collaborate with construction teams to achieve project goals and timelines

* Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations

Experience
* 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in road construction, parking lots, and driveways

* Proven ability to understand and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints

* Valid Drivers Licence / CDL license

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Home daily
• Monday to Friday
