About the Role:
This position is ideal for a driven insurance professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic company. You’ll be responsible for managing and servicing an existing book of commercial lines business, processing renewals, issuing certificates of insurance, and marketing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an existing book of small and middle-market commercial lines clients
- Process renewals accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance
- Market and quote new business opportunities
- Maintain client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Utilize HawkSoft agency management system to manage workflows and documentation
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines (please specify)
- Strong proficiency in HawkSoft, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
