Company Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team and represent injured workers throughout Pennsylvania. We are passionate about advocating for individuals who cannot protect themselves while delivering a 5-star client experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent injured workers in claims for Pennsylvania workers' compensation benefits.
- Conduct initial consultations to evaluate potential cases.
- Review medical records and determine appropriate petitions to file.
- Handle litigation before Workers' Compensation Judges across Pennsylvania.
- Take expert depositions and counsel clients throughout their cases.
- Draft briefs for cases awaiting judicial decisions.
- Negotiate settlement agreements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation attorney in Pennsylvania
- Experience representing injured workers is preferred; defense attorneys will also be considered.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using case management software (Smart Advocate experience is a plus).
- Ability to manage a caseload of 100 cases effectively.
- Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
