POSITION SUMMARY
This position primarily serves as the welcoming face of the organization, providing knowledgeable assistance to visitors and staff regarding the location of various departments and resources within the building. The role involves maintaining a general understanding of the functions of all departments, supporting administrative tasks, and performing secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and communication, offering a friendly and outgoing demeanor while ensuring all inte ractions are handled with professionalism and warmth.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, offering a welcoming and friendly demeanor while providing accurate directions and information regarding the building's departments and resources.
- Maintain a general understanding of the roles and functions of all departments to effectively answer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Perform secretarial duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth administrative support across the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and data entry, to ensure efficient office operations and accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and department representatives, ensuring clear and respectful exchanges of information.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that logistical arrangements are handled smoothly and all parties are informed.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors with warmth, answering inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 2 plus years of experience
