Bail Bond Agent
- Three days off and four days on with the opportunity for additional hours as needed
- Thursday and Friday 12 a.m. until 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday 8 p.m. until 8 a.m.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be able to pass background check and have no convictions or arrests on your record
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
This is a fast-paced position working with clients in a professional and interpersonal manner. Critical thinking is essential. The ideal candidate will benefit from the following skills to perform the duties of a bail bond agent effectively.
- Legal, risk assessment, finance, sales, customer service experience
- Exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organization and time management
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required
