We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller operaters to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment, including horizontal drilling machinery, backhoes.
- Dig and prepare sites for drilling operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks on construction sites.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during drilling operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in drilling operations or related construction roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy machinery effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is a plus.
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- Will train the right person with the right foundational skills.
