A Typical Day as The Fixer

- At Full Mast Everything running at its optimum performance means an ongoing dedication to digging deeper. Ensuring standards across all spaces on the property and being relentless about the functionality of every single component that comprises the guest experience.
- Answering the Call Each guest has expectations of their stay and “according to plan” is language only hospitality engineers and Fixers know to be fickle and fleeting. As daily occurrences arise that impact guest experience, you’ll be among the first on the scene.
- A Team of Fixers One of the best parts about this role is working with colleagues who share your passion, drive, and commitment to service. You will be asked to assist other Fixers throughout the day, and together, make a lasting impression with the guests about the space, the people, and their safety throughout.
- Can-Do Consistently There’s never a dull moment in this role, as you are on your feet and moving most of the time. You’ll log steps and maintain your physical health by actively moving up to eight hours per day and sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds. You and your teammates will consistently support each other to lend a hand as needed to ensure we’re delivering the KAJ experience every day, with every guest.
