Shuttle Driver / Guest Service Attendant

Overview

This is a part-time position helping mostly in the front office of the property. A valid driver’s license is needed, as you will be responsible for safely operating our hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel to designated locations throughout the FM Area. You will also be assisting with small tasks as needed by the GM/management team throughout your shift, and covering some front desk shifts as needed. Applicant must have some weekend availability.

Consider this role as the official hotel connoisseur and guest chauffer! To excel as a Transport Authority, you must be comfortable working with a variety of people from a wide range of backgrounds. You should also have a keen sense of direction and be punctual in nature. Transport Authorities need excellent defensive driving skills and a thorough knowledge of all road safety practices. • Response with a Smile A brand beacon who tirelessly focuses on the guest experience. Responsible for driving the hotel shuttle to pick up and drop off guests and assisting in any department as needed. The sharing of timely, accurate information with guests and administration.
• Keeper of the Shuttle Report any vehicle problems to management immediately, i.e., problems with brakes, wipers, lights, tires, etc. Assist guests by loading and unloading luggage. Record details of trips such as destinations, passengers, etc. Ensure vehicle(s) are properly maintained, fueled, and clean – inside and out. May be required to perform minor repair, maintenance, and trouble-shooting, i.e. change flat tires, charge batteries, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
