The Ganders Restaurant located inside the Doubletree by Hilton is looking for SERVER/BARTENDERS with full or part time availability with a proven track record that demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit of success. This individual has exhibited traits and skills at a level sufficient to successfully perform his/her responsibilities as a restaurant server/bartender. The restaurant server/bartender is accountable for overall guest experience by ensuring adherence to Company standards and policies. Primary responsibilities include mixology, service, productivity, increasing sales and guest counts thru compelling "wow" factor food and drinks, ensuring proper sanitation, security/safety and developing excellent management and employee relations at all times. To become a successful restaurant bartender, you must be able to open, close, and operate a quality shift in the restaurant. You must be organized and team orientated.
