About the Role :

As a Sales Coordinator, your main objective is to support the sales department in achieving their goals and targets. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sales process, from initial contact with potential clients to closing deals. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other departments within the organization. The end result of this position is to contribute to the overall success of the sales team by ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of sales accounting principles and the ability to handle financial transactions.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in outside sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their daily activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining client databases.
  • Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Skills :
