Job Description:
As an in-store employee, you will play a crucial role in preparing our signature pizzas and other menu items with precision and care. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring each pizza is made to order, cooked to perfection, and delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Roll out dough and assemble products with precision and consistency
- Cook pizzas in the oven, monitoring them to ensure the perfect bake time and temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza prep area, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized and well-stocked.
- Follow safety and health regulations, including food safety guidelines and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
- Assist in other tasks as needed, including dishes, and tending to the dining room
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quick order turnaround times.
- Helping customers place orders in-person and on the phone
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in food safety and ingredient quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
