Double Tap KC is the regions largest virtual reality arcade bar, offering a premier guest experience from start to finish. As a bartender you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience during their stay by mixing quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service! Duties and Responsibilities
- Take drink and food orders from guests.
- Prepare drinks for servers.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes.
- Prepare garnishes for drink service
- Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the POS system.
- Help patrons select beverages by presenting menus and offering up suggestions.
- Maintain bar setting by removing glassware once empty, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges, issuing and delivering bill; accepting payment, returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to General Manager.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide welcoming phone greeting and following Guest ordering procedures
- Greet guests as they enter the establishment and as they approach the bar
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
