Where You Can Make an Impact
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, storage areas, and trash disposal areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock clean kitchenware and equipment in designated locations for efficient use by kitchen staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management of replenishment needs.
