We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring that guests enjoy their dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle cash register transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
