We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Lead Bartender to join our team! As a Lead Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our bar provides high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for inventing specialty drinks, integrating new menus, and training fellow bartenders. This position requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and strong knowledge of the local liquor community to maintain and elevate our bar's standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Lead bartending experience.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service, with the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively about new drinks and menu items.
- Flexible Schedule: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during special events.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train others.
