What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Night Audit position at DoubleTree By Hilton Bemidji?
Guest Service Night Audits work overnight, maintainint the hotel and keeping an eye on the property throughout the night. Unlike Guest Service Agents, GSNAs are not typically able to directly communicate with other departments. As such, GSNAs are responsible for making sure to utilize all resources when it comes to passing along information throughout the different channels available. GSNAs are responsible for making sure the night runs smoothly, while still being available for late night questions or check ins. GSNAs are responsible for ensuring all paperwork from the day has been completed, as well as running the nightly audit report procedures to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Frequent standing
- Lifting up to 30 pounds
- Stocking areas necessary
- Helping other departments when asked
- Maintaining cleanliness of lobby, back office, and desk
- Some basic typing and computer knowledge
- Basic phone etiquette
- Basic math skills
- Occasional usage of the stairwells
- Ability to work some holidays and weekends
Customer service experience is beneficial but not required
