As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills to assist customers efficiently.
- Attention to detail in both beverage preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards.
