As the Hotel Operations Manager, Rooms Manager, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel. The Hotel Operations Manager, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance will oversee our operations, from managing staff and resources to implementing policies and procedures. The ideal Hotel Operations Manager will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Operations Manager, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance include:
- Directly manages assigned staff and indirectly manages all subordinates
- Articulates Company goals to the staff
- Demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the Company and associates
- Unites associates in a common commitment to achieve and exceed these goals
- Works closely with management throughout the hotel and the Company
- Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner
- Directs all operations in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations
- Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations
Requirements for the Hotel Operations Manager, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance include:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Schooling in hospitality management, business, or related major
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Two or more years of related experience
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
- Serviced focused leader
- Strong rooms and customer service skills are essential
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
