Our successful hotel is looking for a hospitality professional with a sales mindset to assist in helping grow our hotel. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and the client to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue.
You'll be in charge of responding to client inquiries, contacting potential new guests based on networking and referral leads, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Compensation:$16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
