Cheerleaders Bar and Grill in Jefferson City, MO is looking for4 bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, great attitude and reliable. Interviews will be held at 422 Monroe St, Jefferson City, MO.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take food orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm individuals are of legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender and server
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Bilingual individuals encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
