Overview:
Are you a people-person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a smile? Our Concessions Attendant plays a vital role in delivering excellent service to guests attending events at the DoubleTree Little Rock. From preparing and serving snacks and beverages to keeping the area clean and inviting, you’ll help create memorable experiences for everyone who walks up to the counter.
This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling based on event needs—perfect for someone looking for a fun and active job with variety!
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions
Prepare and serve food and beverages in a clean, timely, and safe manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area
Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with the events and banquet team
Provide general assistance to guests and anticipate their needs
Job Requirements:
If you're looking to break into hospitality or enjoy a customer-facing role and have the following skills, we’d love to meet you:
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Friendly and outgoing personality
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Must be reliable and punctual
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
