We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Inspector to join our team. Duties
- Supervise thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Train, re-train housekeepers to ensure rooms are up to Hilton standards.
- Ensure rooms are turned in a timely manner.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptionalguest service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hospitality or hotel settings.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
