The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, event planning knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and secure new catering business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide personalized recommendations to enhance event experiences.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Attend events as needed to oversee details and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details.
• Marketing and Brand Promotion:
• Partner with the marketing team to promote catering services through various channels.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, RFP’s and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
