Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Attend to guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth event execution
- Provide support in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
