Experienced Painter - Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and construction painting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Install fixtures and perform frame carpentry related to painting projects.
• Renovate existing structures by applying new paint or finishes to enhance aesthetics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential painting and construction painting.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques and masonry work is preferred.
• Experience with fixture installation and frame carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
