We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at Beechwood Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
- Maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential services.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Basic electrical skills and understanding of HVAC systems are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus to enhance guest interactions.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
