Food/Beverage Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on quick service fast food environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing budgets, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food products.
• Implement effective food management practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff for various positions within the food and beverage department.
• Train and mentor staff on food handling procedures, customer service standards, and operational policies.
• Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all client needs are met with excellence.
• Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the quick service fast food industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and food management practices.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring staff is essential.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices is required.
