The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors who are delivering or picking up products. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a customer service role and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and screen calls.
- Determine the nature of the call and how to best direct the caller.
- Read, analyze, and respond to corporate emails.
- Answer questions from customers and deliver information to the customer service department.
- Dispense basic customer service to those who come in person.
- Read, analyze, and respond to corporate emails.
- Greet guests at front desk.
