We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain hotel supplies and equipment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone systems, and reservation software
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in resort management is advantageous
