As a Maintenance team member, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, property management and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
