Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and updating databases as needed.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling inquiries professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required.
