Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banquet Setup. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing banquet spaces for events, ensuring that all setups meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good condition and ready for use during events.
- Assist with food service during events, including serving food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with catering staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food handling processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in catering or bartending is a plus but not required.
