Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety of all guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills and be certified in CPR and First Aid. As a Lifeguard, you will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and provide excellent guest services while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area through regular cleaning tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
- Assist in pool maintenance tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency procedures.
Skills
- Proficient swimming ability with a strong understanding of water safety.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; Lifeguard certification preferred.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment handling.
- Strong communication skills for effective guest interaction.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
