Position Info
The Human Resource Assistant performs clerical and administrative duties to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of personnel information. Duties may include processing applications for employment, maintaining employee benefit records and personnel files, answering phones, responding to general inquiries, preparing reports and payrolls, schedules, and other information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong business communication and team member relation skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Publisher, Excel etc
- One year experience
- Ability to manage a diversified workforce
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
