Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, decor, and necessary equipment.

Ensure all event areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged before guest arrival.

Assist in the placement of staging, dance floors, podiums, and audio-visual equipment as needed.

Break down and reset banquet rooms efficiently after events, ensuring all furniture and equipment are properly stored.

Work collaboratively with the banquet and catering teams to address last-minute setup changes or special requests.

Perform regular quality checks to ensure tables, chairs, and event furnishings are clean, polished, and in excellent condition.

Support banquet servers and bartenders by replenishing supplies and assisting with event flow as needed.

Follow all safety guidelines when moving, lifting, and handling event equipment and furniture.

Maintain storage areas in an orderly manner, ensuring event supplies are accessible and well-kept.

Provide friendly and professional service, assisting guests or event planners with any setup-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in banquet setup, event services, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Ability to read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 100 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and move furniture for extended periods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
