\Our competitive pay scale ranges from $0.52 to $0.63 per mile, depending on experience level and productivity. Trainees start at $0.42 a mile. In 2024, our top earner achieved $117,000, with several others earning above $100,000 and many above $80,000. This is before our most recent raise.
\Job Description
\We offer a variety of routes, including OTR, with most resets at home. Drivers can expect to drive between 2800 to 3600 miles per week, depending on their preference. Our fleet consists of upgraded Freightliner, Peterbilt, International, Western Star, and Kenworth trucks, averaging 1.8 years of age per tractor.
