What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader / Fine Gardener position at Doug Curtiss Landscape Contractors, Inc.?
In this position you will lead a small team to complete the tasks at each property on your days schedule. Tasks include weeding, cleaning of beds, planting, container gardening, mulching, edging, and other landscape services vital to a healthy and productive landscape.
Training and development of your team will also be an important part of your day throughout the season. Offering support and knowledge to your team to assist in their career growth will be a vital part of your role.
