Previous automotive experience is not required. We work in a no pressure highly structured sales environment that focuses on the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extremely high integrity and professionalism to build a structured network of sales and referrals.
- Perform demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Learn product knowledge on various models and trims to understand brands/features effectively.
- Complete calls, emails, and texts for sales and record customer interactions appropriately through the sales CRM database. Manage this database for current and ongoing opportunities.
- Deal directly with customers to assist in their purchase and promote an excellent customer experience.
- Become the “Single Point of Contact” for all customers you interact with in which you handle all sales and related financial paperwork during the sales process. You are their A-Z automotive resource.
- Bring a positive and upbeat attitude to work every day for success.
- Have a professional, well-groomed, and business casual personal appearance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history. Some interactions will be off-site.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and retain information.
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule and work weekends/holidays as necessary. This position typically works Monday-Saturday with a day off during the week and 1 weekend off a month 8:30am - 6:30pm weekly and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturdays.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to assist customers or organizational needs.
