Doug's Day Diner in Mead, CO is looking for one general manager to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 4330 Co 66. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations
  • Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards. Resolve guest issues.
  • Manage profit and loss figures
  • Interact with guests. Ability to take orders, handle cash,
  • Inventory orders.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
